Tuesday is upon us once again which means the delicacy that is a good taco is in order. Taking a new turn tonight, though, with the tradition dish, we decided to stuff those tacos in a pocket versus a shell. They almost look as fun to eat as they are to say 10 times fast.
Some days just call for a twist on the classics, don't they? And given that it's Taco Tuesday, a tradition we like to observe, a margarita with a jalapeno kick sounds like the perfect company for the main dish.
At least around these parts, Taco Tuesday has become somewhat of a tradition among a close group of friends. Every Tuesday, a few of us gather for witty banter, a few libations, perhaps the latest episode of Lost, and, most importantly tacos. It's a nice social dish, especially when guests are allowed to assemble their own. Call a friend or 5 tonight, put a few Corona's on ice, chops some onions, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and whatever else you'd like to stuff in a shell, and enjoy!
