With the excitement and anticipation of ringing in a joyous 2009, it's easy to get caught up in excess. We're not here to lecture anyone. All we're doing is saying be safe tonight and use your best judgement. However, if you feel that even your best judgement might be tested tonight, make sure beforehand to go out with either a sober friend or confirmed plans you will be safe by the end of the night.
