One of the ways we achieve this separation is by attending to details that effect quality and standard for both our clients and our staff.  If you're not satisfied with the WSi placement during the first four hours of the assignment, WSi will not charge you for those hours worked.

This guarantee is WSi's commitment to providing our clients with an outstanding caliber of healthcare professional and high level of client satisfaction.

  • An authorized representative from your facility is to contact your WSi account executive immediately upon problem identification. Your WSi account manager is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST) at (800) 633-1796. If an issue occurs other than during these hours, the facility representative is to call the same 800 number and our on call consultant will relay the message to your WSi account manager. You will be called the next business day.
  • The facility representative and WSi account executive will discuss the situation and agree on an immediate approach.
  • Whether counseling or termination is required, the facility is expected to document the situation and fax the information to WSi at (800) 633-1796.
